How do I get started?

Book a free 15-minute discovery call where we'll discuss your goals, what's been tried before, and whether we're a good fit. If it makes sense, we'll schedule your comprehensive evaluation from there.

Do you take insurance?

We're a cash-based practice, but we accept HSA/FSA and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We also offer payment plans to help make care accessible.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in. If you have any imaging reports or previous evaluation notes, feel free to bring those, but they're not required.

Do you offer telehealth or in-person only?

We offer both in-person care at our Austin location and telehealth appointments. Many patients benefit from a hybrid approach depending on their needs and schedule.

How long are sessions?

Initial evaluations are 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 45–60 minutes of focused, one-on-one time with your physical therapist.
